Terms of Use

1. About these Terms

Water Sort: MyPuzzle is provided by Shenzhen AppDev Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms describe your use of the game and related services. Please read them before accepting them. If you do not agree, do not accept these Terms or use services that require their acceptance.

For an app obtained through the Apple App Store, the applicable Apple store terms and application license also apply. Where no custom end user license agreement has been supplied, Apple provides a Standard End User License Agreement. These Terms address our game services and do not replace the applicable application license or override rights that cannot be excluded by law.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

You must meet the applicable store age requirements and be legally able to accept these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and approve your use and any purchases where required by law. A store age rating is not permission to make purchases without authorization.

You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to the applicable application license. The game, artwork, software, names, and other content remain owned by us or our licensors. No ownership of those materials is transferred to you.

3. Guest accounts and saved progress

The game currently uses a guest player account associated with your app installation. Keep your player ID if you may need support. Reinstalling the app, clearing local data, or changing devices may create a different guest account; automatic transfer or recovery of the previous account is not guaranteed.

Some actions can be recorded locally and synchronized when a connection is available. Local displays may temporarily differ from verified account records while synchronization or purchase verification is pending. We may reconcile duplicate, incomplete, or invalid transactions, while preserving valid purchases and any remedies required by law. If progress or an item appears incorrect, contact us so we can investigate.

Do not share account credentials or access tokens. We will not ask for your Apple Account password or full payment-card details.

4. Coins, boosters, and other virtual items

Coins, boosters, extra bottles, lives, and similar benefits are for use within the game. They are not money, have no cash redemption value, and may not be sold or transferred outside game features we expressly provide. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by law.

Review the description before spending coins or using an item. Consumable items are used up when applied. Time-limited benefits run for the duration and under the conditions shown with the offer. A benefit such as unlimited lives is not a guarantee of uninterrupted access to the game.

5. Purchases, delivery, and refunds

Purchases are optional. The store confirmation screen shows the price, currency, and applicable purchase conditions before you authorize payment. You must have permission to use the payment method. Prices and offers may vary by region and may change for future purchases.

App Store payments are processed by Apple. Delivery may require an internet connection and verification of the transaction. If payment succeeds but items are missing, keep the app installed, reconnect, and contact Support with your player ID and order or transaction ID. Do not repeatedly purchase the same item while waiting for delivery.

The current coins, boosters, timed lives, and bundles are consumable purchases. Delivered consumables are not restored through Apple's Restore Purchases feature. If a permanent, non-consumable entitlement is introduced, an appropriate restore option will be provided. This distinction does not remove your rights if a purchase was not delivered or was defective.

For a purchase billed by Apple, you can request a refund from Apple. Eligibility depends on the circumstances, applicable store rules, and consumer law; approval is not guaranteed. See Apple's refund guidance. Nothing here makes every purchase non-refundable or waives statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.

6. Advertisements and rewards

The game may display third-party advertisements. Rewarded advertisements are optional and offer the reward shown before you choose to watch. Rewards are granted after successful completion is reported and validated; closing an ad early may not qualify.

Ad availability depends on region, network conditions, device, privacy choices, and advertiser demand. An ad or a particular reward opportunity may not always be available. If a completed ad did not grant the displayed reward, contact Support with the time, reward type, and player ID.

Choosing to view a rewarded ad is not a substitute for any privacy consent required by law. You can review available advertising choices on our Privacy Choices page.

7. Fair play and security

Do not manipulate purchase receipts, ad completion events, balances, or server requests; exploit bugs to obtain unauthorized items; access another player's account; or interfere with the game or its services. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or infringe others' rights.

Restrictions on copying, modifying, or reverse engineering the app are subject to the applicable license and exceptions permitted by law. If you discover a security issue or an incorrect balance, report it privately to Support rather than exploiting it.

8. Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains how account, gameplay, purchase, advertising, and support information is handled. Our deletion instructions explain how to request deletion of a guest account and game data. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace a separate privacy choice or consent required by law.

External websites, advertisements, and platform services may have their own terms and privacy policies. A link or advertisement does not imply our endorsement of a third-party product. Our own legal responsibilities are not excluded by referring you to another provider.

9. Updates and service availability

The game is intended for distribution worldwide except mainland China. Availability, features, and offers may vary by storefront, region, device, and applicable law. A compatible device and, for online features, an internet connection are required. Your provider may charge for data usage.

We may update levels, balance, or features to maintain and improve the game, address security issues, or comply with law. Maintenance and network failures may interrupt service. We do not promise that every feature will remain available indefinitely or operate without errors.

For a material change or discontinuation affecting paid content or access, we will provide notice where reasonably possible and any remedy required by applicable law. These Terms do not give us an unrestricted right to remove valid paid benefits without regard to your legal rights.

10. Stopping play and account restrictions

You may stop playing at any time. Uninstalling the app does not itself submit a server-side account deletion request. Use the in-app deletion option where available or follow our Privacy Choices instructions. Deletion can permanently remove progress and delivered consumable items; review the confirmation carefully.

We may restrict access or correct unauthorized items where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect security, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and give you an opportunity to contact us for review. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require action without advance notice. Any mandatory rights relating to purchases or refunds remain unaffected.

11. Your legal rights and resolving concerns

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees and liability for fraud or other conduct for which the law does not permit exclusion.

Please contact us if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising statutory rights. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or prevent you from contacting a regulator or bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction. Mandatory protections available under the law applicable to you remain in force.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the game, services, or legal requirements. An approved revision will identify its effective date. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and seek agreement where required by law. Changes will not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired. If you do not agree to a revision, you may stop using the affected services without losing mandatory remedies for prior purchases.
